With over two decades of culinary excellence, Chef Chung has honed his craft at renowned establishments including Shenzhen Nanshan OCT Creative Culture Park, Fulam Restaurant, Zen and Lei Garden. A master of traditional Cantonese techniques, he fearlessly innovates with seasonal premium ingredients, creating authentic yet visually stunning dishes. His exceptional talent was recognized when he claimed the title of Shenzhen Runner-Up at the 2020 International Star Chef Competition.
At Regal Palace, Chef Chung presents signature dishes such as sizzling Three-Cup Angus Beef Cubes, succulent Pineapple-Crusted Baked Chicken, and his famed Baked Pork Chop Rice with Herbed Cheese and Tomato.
