A master of traditional Cantonese techniques, he fearlessly innovates with seasonal premium ingredients, creating authentic yet visually stunning dishes. His exceptional talent was recognized when he claimed the title of Shenzhen Runner-Up at the 2020 International Star Chef Competition.
